Founder of Ada Texas Land LLC, CCIM certified. Ada’s journey began with a deep appreciation for farm life and rural Texas landscapes. What started as helping friends and neighbors find the right acreage gradually grew into a full-time commitment to land investment and commercial real estate. Over the years, she has successfully closed numerous large and complex transactions across the state, guiding investors, families, and institutions through site selection, acquisition, and strategic development.

Zexi Su, CCIM, has worked side-by-side with Ada Zhang since before college. He majored in Urban Planning and focuses on site development, commercial projects, and market analysis. Earned his CCIM designation in 2024. Over four years of real estate experience, with particular strength in entitlements, feasibility, and deal structuring.
